Day 00 VANCOUVER – DELHI

Assemble at the International airport 3 hrs prior to departure to board your flight departing for DELHI.

Day 1 ARRIVE DELHI

Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel THE CONNAUGHT or similar. Rest of the day is free for independent activities.

Day 2 DELHI

Morning City tour of New Delhi visiting Qutub Minar, Humayuns Tomb, President House, Parliament House, laxmi temple – the place of gods, India gate – the memorial of martyrs, parliament house – the government headquarters. Afternoon city tour of Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in Asia, red fort the red stone magic, lotus temple and Gandhi memorial – the memory of father of the nation

Day 3 DELHI-KATHMANDU-NAGARKOT

After breakfast drive to Delhi International airport to board your flight for Kathmandu. Meeting and assistance on arrival, introductory tour of Kathmandu and drive to Nagarkot. On arrival transfer to your Hotel Club Himalaya Resort or Similar. Evening witness Sun set in Nagarkot.

Day 4 NAGRAKOT-KATHMANDU

Morning drive back to Kathmandu en-route sightseeing to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Bhaktapur, perhaps the least changed of all the cities in the Kathmandu Valley, with a distinct medieval feel. Pottery and weaving are still traditional industries here. Architectural wonders abound, including
the Palace of Fifty Five Windows, Golden Gate and the magnificent five-storied pagoda-style Nyatapola Temple.

Then will take you for a visit of the Hindu culture in Nepal, Pashupatinath. This is the place where holy Saddhus pray and cremations on the Bagmati River are carried out. While you are not allowed into the temple if you are not a Hindu, the grounds surrounding the temple usually have a fascinating crowd of the faithful. We then continue to the holiest shrine for the Buddhist culture in Nepal, Bouddhanath, with its large stupa.

Later will go to Kathmandu’s Durbar Square, which is one of three durbar (royal palace) squares in the Kathmandu Valley. It is the site of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace Complex, which was the royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century and where important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese monarch, still take place today. You will then visit one of the most curious attractions in Nepal, the Kumari Chowk. This gilded cage contains the Raj Kumari, a young girl chosen through an ancient and mystical selection process to become the human incarnation of the Hindu mother goddess, Durga. She is worshipped during religious festivals and makes public appearances at other times for a fee paid to her guards. You will next continue to visit Swayambhunath the golden spire of the 5th-century Swayambhu stupa is adorned with a colourful fluttering of prayer flags; it crowns a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley and offers fantastic views over the city of Kathmandu. Swayambhunath is one of the most recognisable symbols in Nepal and the painted eyes of Buddha watch all who ascend the worn stone steps. Later transfer to your Hotel EVEREST or Similar. Nepalese Folk Dance with Dinner at Bhancha Ghar Restaurant in Kathmandu.

Full day free for shopping and personal activity

Day 6 KATHMANDU-DELHI- AGRA (VIA MATHURA)

Morning transfer to the Airport to board flight for Delhi. Assistance on arrival at Delhi international Airport, later leave for Agra by surface en -route visit Mathura. The famous Bankey Bihari Temple – Built in 1864, the temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and holds a strong spiritual significance for Hindus and Shri Krishna Janma Bhoomi: The birth place of Lord Krishna. Afternoon arrive in Agra. On arrival transfer to your Hotel HOWARD PARK PLAZA or Similar. Later leave for sightseeing of historic Agra Fort and colorful city bazaar etc.

Day 7 AGRA-JAIPUR (VIA FATEHPUR SIKRI)

Morning visit One of the seven wonders of the world “TAJ MAHAL” One of the most photographed tourist attractions in the world, Taj Mahal is the attraction that pulls the tourists from all over the world. The Taj Mahal built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal and it is entirely made of white marble and its walls are decorated with exquisite pietra dura (stone inlay) work. (TAJ MAHAL IS CLOSED ON FRIDAY). Later leave for Jaipur by surface, en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. In fact, it is said that it was Akbar who laid the foundation of the modern city that we see now in 1558 and was known as Akbarabad, upon arrival check-in at the hotel JAIPUR PALACE or Similar. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8 JAIPUR

Morning proceeds for guided excursion to Amber Fort and here ride on a decorated Elephant to reach the top of the fort. At Amber Fort, visit Jagmandir or the chamber of glittering mirrors, Jai Mahal & the Temple of Goddess Kali. Later proceed for half day city tour of “Pink City” including City Palace, Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace), Astronomical Observatory (Jantar Mantar) etc. After city tour you will have a Dinner at Chokhi Dhani

Day 9 JAIPUR –DELHI

After breakfast leave for Delhi, upon arrival transfer to your Hotel THE CONNAUGHT or similar. Rest of the day free for personal activity

Day 10 DELHI-COCHIN

After breakfast transfer to domestic Airport to board your flight for Cochin . Meeting assistance at Cochin Airport. Transfer to the Hotel ABAD PLAZA or similar. Cochin is the natural harbor created by the famed underwater Malabar mud-banks whose quality ensures that the rougher the seas are outside the calmer the waters are within the Harbour. Vasco-de-Gama placed it on the world map. Visit the Fort Cochin, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish synagogue, St. Francis Church and view the operation of the Chinese fishing nets. Evening visit to Cochin cultural centre for viewing the Kathakalli Opera.

Day 11 COCHIN-ALLEPPEY

Morning drive to Alleppey on arrival board your private Air Condition Houseboat for an overnight, cruise through the Backwaters of Kerala. Each Houseboat is of excellent construction and luxurious furnishing with exquisite flooring, hull and valavara (canopy). They are in top cruise worthy condition. With a Sun deck, spacious living dining area. With attached toilets. Houseboat is usually manned by a crew, comprising a cook, a guide and oarsman. While aboard you can avail similar facilities offered in a star hotel. All meals will be served inside the house boat’s open top dining hall.

Day 12 ALLEPPY – KOVALAM

Drive for Kovalam. Afternoon visit Kovalam. Thirty years ago, Kovalam was a hippy idyll: a picture perfect tropical beach; a traditional fishing village providing fresh fish, fruits and toddy (coconut beer). Today this tiny beach is the focus of a multi-million dollar business, drawing thousands of tourists for a week dose of ozone, UV and a refreshing Indian Experience

Check in at Hotel UDAY SAMUDRA or similar. Today you will have a Rejuvenation massages for 02 hours. Ayurvedic Massage includes Steam – specially prepared herbal steam bath and normal bath after massage with specially prepared herbal water.

Day 13 KOVALAM – TRIVANDRUM – KANYAKUMARI –KOVALAM

Full day excursion of Trivandrum and Kanyakumari.

Trivandrum, the capital of the state of Kerala (also called as the Gods own Country). Kanyakumari is located at the confluence of Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean in the west and south. Other attractions in Kanyakumari are Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Temple At Suchindram and Gandhi Mandapam etc. Drive back to Kovalam.

Day 14 KOVALAM – TRIVANDRUM – GOA

Drive for Trivandrum airport to board your Goa flight. Meeting assistance at the airport, upon arrival transfer to your hotel LAZZY LAGOON or similar.

Beaches of Goa are much ahead of other beaches in India in terms of popularity and the facilities that are available here. The beaches here have been accepted as a matter of life, Today you will visit Church of Our Lady of Rosary, The Rachol Seminary, and Church of St. Francis of Assisi, The Se Cathedral and Basilica of Bom Jesus.

Evening leave for Boat Cruise on banks of River Mandovi in Goa.

Day 15 GOA

Day free for independent activities and relaxation.

The beaches here have been accepted as a matter of life, there are exotic cuisine backing the pleasure of have on sun and sand, and water sports facilities that include from water scooters to water gliding. To add on you can shake your legs for some time with a glass of fenny or beer, engaged in shopping on the beachside, or have midnight bonfire on the beach.

Day 16 GOA-MUMBAI

After breakfast leave for Goa Airport to board your flight for Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai Airport and transfer to your Hotel FARIYAS or similar.

Later Visit Kamla Nehru Park, Hanging Garden situated on the slope of Malabar Hill offering a panoramic view of Marine Drive, Chowpatty Beach, Mani Bhawan, Gateway of India & drive through the Crawford Market, Marine Drive & Flora Fountain. Also drive past the Houses of few BOLLYWOOD celebrities in Juhu area.

Day 17 MUMBAI

Morning excursion tour to Elephanta Caves, Elephanta Island is located 10 km away from the Gateway of India. There are various rock cut temples present in these caves, which are as old as 5th century. The Elephanta island was named by the Portuguese, after the statue of an elephant near the landing area of the island. (Elephanta Caves is closed on Monday) Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 18 MUMBAI-BANGKOK

It’s time to say Sayonara to India with sweet memories and head to the airport to board your flight departing for Bangkok. Arrive Bangkok, Thailand’s vibrant capital, an eclectic blend of ancient and
Modern cities where clusters of tall skyscrapers tower over 200-year-old Buddhist temples, imposing palaces, and narrow streets lined with 19th-century mahogany houses.
